{"id":11151,"date":"2010-05-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-05-19T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress.p707480.webspaceconfig.de\/unkategorisiert\/press-release-06-10\/"},"modified":"2024-07-25T12:32:47","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T10:32:47","slug":"press-release-06-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/wordpress.p707480.webspaceconfig.de\/en\/press\/press-release-06-10\/","title":{"rendered":"Press release 06\/10"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Furtwangen, May 19, 2010<\/strong> &#8211; Due to security concerns, 28 percent of Internet users do not want to conduct their banking transactions online.<br \/>\nThis is the result of a recent BITKOM survey (German Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media).<br \/>\nBanks and savings banks can win over these customers and dispel their concerns by providing information about secure methods such as HBCI or Secoder.<br \/>\nThe electronic TAN procedure, in which a TAN is generated electronically using a device, also offers security.<br \/>\nIt is even more convenient if optical TAN generators are used, as manual entry is largely eliminated.<br \/>\nThe generator recognizes the transaction data via an optical interface and generates a TAN.<br \/>\nThe procedure was standardized in the Central Credit Committee (ZKA) and implemented with significant support from REINER SCT.<br \/>\nThe specialists for secure online banking have also developed the appropriate TAN generators: From mid-June, tan <strong><i>Jack<\/i><\/strong>\u00ae <strong>optic SX<\/strong>, the fourth model in the tan <strong><i>Jack<\/i><\/strong>\u00ae <strong>optic<\/strong> product range will be launched on the market.<br \/>\nCarsten Sommer, Managing Director of REINER SCT: &#8220;This is our smallest TAN generator. The device has only four buttons and a large display.
