The familiar chipTAN or sm@rtTAN procedure is processed via a USB device connected to the computer. REINER SCT already offers an upgrade for various <a href=\"\/support\/glossar.html#5130\">chip card readers<\/a> so that these devices can be used for all chip card-based banking procedures at all banks.\n\nThe savings banks in particular would like to increasingly use the new chipTAN USB procedure in the future.
